OK, now how sad is this. This morning our microwave went on the fritz (sparks and all), so out it went. Sage woke up from her nap wanting lunch. UMM, we have yummy leftovers from sunday dinner--roast, squash (yes, we still have squash from our garden,) and corn bread stuffing. The only problem, how to heat it all without a microwave?!? I actually had to think about that one, but not to long. Out came the skillet, and in a few minutes all was warm. But I realized how dependent we have become on microwave ovens. I am almost tempted to just go without one and get back to basics--almost, but not quite.
